We individually select prime Irish cattle and lambs according to our customers wishes. We then cut our meat to individual customer requirements and package products in high quality materials.
We work very closely with our local farmers and marts. We ensure animals have been raised to good husbandry practice and are rested 24 hrs on straw prior to slaughter to ensure our meat will always be tender and succulent.
McAdam Food Products are a fully EU approved beef and lamb cutting plant processor located in Clones, Co.Monaghan, Ireland. Our facility has the newest of plant and equipment to ensure we carry out our customers orders and requirements in a modern, clean and hygenic facility.
We place great emphasis on traceability and invested in a fully integrated traceability system to trace all animals back to farm of origin. Our modern vehicles are fitted with temperature probes and trackers to complete our full control of temperature recording of product until it arrives at your premises.
